A good home away from home
The staff's warm welcome. Our room was spacious and filled with natural light. The kitchen facilities were convenient for preparing light meals. We loved the nearby botanical gardens and the peaceful atmosphere.
The only downside was the lack of a stovetop, which limited cooking options. Parking was also a bit tricky, but manageable. The room did become quite warm at night.

The room was a nice size with air conditioner and a lounge area.
A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Very responsive, attentive people working here. Quiet location with free parking.

The staff was superfriendly & responsible. The venue was set in the central position right by the Botanical Gardens which are absolutely fabulous, also a fun bar, and shops, grocery & the gorgeous botanical gardens. Cafe Beam me up Bagels located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

the bed was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. location: the hotel was close to supermarket, restaurants & bar, the centre, and nearby botanic gardens & local shops & eateries.
Facilities were nice clean, even so Wi-Fi was bad.

Dunedin vibes are lekker 🌿
Got some solid tips from chommie at reception, like hitting up Mount Cargill-views that will blow your socks off! The shower? Flippen awesome, just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Clean facilities, felt comfy all around!
Parking was a bit of a squeeze, but we managed fine.

Great accommodation directly by the Botanical Garden. We felt very comfortable and the service is excellent. The city centre is within walking distance.

I thought i'd be spoiled here but the mattress was so hard i thought i was sleeping on concrete! The bathroom reeked like dirty shoes, truely charming. Of course, i didn't receive that complimentary room upgrade i was expecting. I almost gave a good review, but the less-than-favorable odors ruined it.

Big room with sleeping area on the upper floor; modern and newly furnished
Built-in hob would have been good - some rooms had one - but is not tragic; microwave to heat the milk was enough too; daily vacuuming of the carpet wasn't done

A Cozy Refuge During Our Stay
We enjoyed our spacious two-bedroom unit, equipped with a full kitchen. It was like home while we were coping with challenging circumstances. The staff were accommodating. For future guests, I recommend enjoying a meal at nearby eateries to diversify your dining experience.

A really very very very beautiful suite where wouldn't change anything. I even got a free upgrade from the small suite to the larger and best they have, which made me really happy. Absolutely recommendable!

Super equipment, very good price-performance ratio, great location at the Botanical Garden, incl. parking lot, like a small apartment in the middle of the city.
